Admissions to other classes mid year.
Parents have the right to apply for a place at any school in Leeds, or the surrounding district, regardless of their address. Admissions are organised centrally by Leeds City Council.

Parents must apply directly to school for places (except for Reception for the up coming year)

A In Year Common Preference For ( ICPF) form should be completed by the parent/carer for every child, if a child is at another school Section 8 of the form should be completed by the child’s school and return to Allerton CE Primary to complete and return to Admissions Team.

Admissions to the school is in accordance with the criteria laid down in the Children’s Service Admissions to Primary School Booklet. This gives priority to children with special educational needs, those with siblings already attending the school and children living within the schools catchment area. LA admission page and all relevant policy documents and guidance see:

www.leeds.gov.uk/residents/Pages/Admissions.aspx

If the school is unable to offer a place Admissions Team will write to the parents/carers to advise them of local schools with space(s). Then the parents would be required to approach one of these schools directly to make an application. The Admissions Team does not make allocation unless the case falls under fair access.
