2 Year Old Nursery Teaching Assistants

We are seeking to appoint skilled and enthusiastic nursery teaching assistants to work in our 2 Year Old Nursery provision from September 2018, they need to be committed to making a difference and passionate about children’s learning.

You will be joining a friendly and committed nursery staff team in a good teaching and learning environment. Under the guidance of senior staff the successful candidate will be responsible for a group of nursery pupils aged between 2-3 years old. You will be expected to plan small group activities as well as be responsible for assessing pupil’s progress and achievement throughout the year.

Level 1 Safeguarding is essential and Paediatric First Aid is desirable

Lunchtime Supervisor

To ensure the good conduct and safety of pupils during the lunchtime period, with particular emphasis on the supervision of pupils and situations.

Line management of all lunchtime Supervisory Assistants, and communicate to staff all procedures for inclement weather conditions

To take responsibility for managing and resolving lunchtime behavioural problems

To regularly challenge difficult behaviour issues and actively encourage pupils to take responsibility for their own behaviour

Lead on induction and training programmes, and effectively communicate with team members so all staff work effectively as a team

Awareness of Child Protection procedures within school and correct procedure for reporting any issues

Ensuring play activities are inclusive for all pupils, within a safe and caring environment

Set standards for table manners in the dining hall and healthy eating initiatives are promoted. The organisation and deployment of lunchtime staff, organising appropriate structured creative play activities.  To work under the instruction/guidance of the Headteacher and senior staff.

HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Human Resource Manager to joining the school. This post is a vital role in the school, providing operational human resources support to the staff, leadership team and governing body.

Are you an ambitious individual, proactive in nature and with a real passion for HR?

We are looking for a HR professional who is able to audit, update, streamline and embed the school’s HR systems.

You will support the Senior Leadership Team in providing operational guidance, support and action on all HR employee relations matters. You will have strong employment law knowledge and be able to demonstrate expertise in employee relations.

This role will incorporate leading on all Health and Safety/Premises statutory and non-statutory paperwork and also managing part of the admin team within school.

You will be confident, have excellent organisational skills and be a strong team player.
