Nursery Teaching Assistant

Pay scale: SCP 6 £19,171 FTE (£16,241.67 Actual) Term Time Only + 4 Days

We have an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant and inclusive team here at Allerton CE Primary’s Nursery which has expanded to have 90 children attending the setting over recent years.

You will have a key group that you will be expected to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for working alongside other experience practitioners and under the support and guidance of Experienced Teachers.

Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:30, Fridays 08:30 – 16:00 totalling 37 hours per week. This is a term time only position plus an additional 4 days for training purposes.

SENCo & Designated Safeguarding Lead

Pay scale: MPS/UPS and TLR allowance

We are looking to appoint a SENCo & Designated Safeguarding Lead to work with our current postholder who will be retiring in February 2021. This is an excellent opportunity to spend time understanding our school before taking over the full responsibility of this SLT post.

Allerton CE Primary is a 3 Form Entry Church of England Voluntary Controlled school. We welcome children from all faiths and backgrounds and those of none. We are privileged to have a diverse school community, with children from many cultures. This leads to a rich, colourful and exciting community, with over 650 children on roll and 50 languages are spoken.

Our Arts Mark Gold Status and Arts partnerships, enable us to provide quality experiences and provision for our pupils. Our Early Years provision extends from our 2 year old setting up to Reception, with one of the most successful Nursery settings in the city.

EYFS Reception Teacher
